Event Description
We are bringing better tents this year!
2-Man tent for Roskilde Festival to be shared by another volunteer from ESN Copenhagen/ESN DTU. Only one of you have to pay the deposit and rental for the tent on Nemtilmeld.
If you don't have someone to share with, please find someone in the chat, you will have to share it with someone.
DEADLINE : 08/06/2025 or until the tickets are sold out.

Two types of tents are available:
1. New tents (150 dkk, 75 dkk per person)
2. Tents from last year - used but still have everything you need to set them up and use them (0 dkk, you only need to pay for the deposit)
HOW TO DO it:

You put one ticket in the cart for rental and one ticket in the cart for deposit.
The deposit will be returned approx 1 week after the festival with your festival deposit.
You can see when the confirmation have gone through, when you can see both your names in the excel sheet. This excel sheet will be posted in the same documents as the shifts (mid June)
The tent needs to be returned after the festival, at noon at the volunteer camp in East City with everything included for the tent, if something is missing, you risk losing your deposit for it.
