The biggest event of the semester is coming: join the 10-years-anniversary of the ESN Sea Battle!

The legendary cruise is coming to take YOU on an amazing four day experience! ESN Sea Battle is the perfect cocktail of culture & fun - a great mix of getting to discover new wonderful cities (Stockholm & Tallinn) and night long parties with more than 2000 international students while cruising on the Baltic sea.


BUT WHAT IS ESN SEA BATTLE???
The ESN Sea Battle is an international cruise between Stockholm, Sweden, and this fall we’re going to Tallinn, Estonia (again). The event is organized by ESN Sweden and is attended by about 2100 international students from 6 ESN countries (ESN Denmark, ESN Estonia, ESN Latvia, ESN Lithuania, ESN Norway and ESN Sweden). It is (twice a year!) the biggest ESN event in Europe (read: the world!) uniting students from multiple ESN countries on one cruise ship on the Baltic sea! So what would be a better way of celebrating 25 years of ESN friendships? :)

At the ESN Sea Battle you will visit two European capitals, the Venice of the north (Stockholm) and the beautiful town of Tallinn. You will experience a number of different activities; live shows, karaoke, crazy games, Latin dance lessons, dance the famous ESN Sea Battle dance, theme parties on multiple dance floors and bars, competitions, buffet dinner (all you can eat and drink), sauna, and much, much more... Don’t miss the chance to experience one of the most legendary ESN events!

Price: 1600 dkk per participant

Dates: 14.11.2015 (Saturday night) - 18.11.2015 (Wednesday evening)

The price will include:

• Transportation by bus from Copenhagen to Stockholm and return
• the ESN Sea Battle Pre-Event in Stockholm
• Accommodation in a 4-bedded hotel room for one night (15-16 Nov, 2015) in Stockholm
• ESN Sea Battle Ticket in a 2- or 4-person cabin for two nights;
• One huge buffet dinner with free drinks and food for 2 hours;
• All activities and program onboard the ESN Sea Battle (examples: Karaoke, Speed Friending, Treasure hunts, Salsa lessons, Music quizzes, Live musical shows, Club parties and more)
• An ESN Denmark SeaBattle T-shirt
• A lot of fun!

Schedule:

14.11 (around 11pm) - 15.11 (early morning) We are moving from Copenhagen to Stockholm.
15.11 - check in in the hostel, free time or for those who want a free tour in Stockholm with a guide and in the evening…WELCOME PARTY FOR ALL STUDENTS!!!
16.11 - check-out and transport to the BOAT where the actual SEA BATTLE BEGINS!
THE NIGHT 16/17 PARTY!
17.11 - TALLIN (free time or free tour)
THE NIGHT 17/18 PARTY!
18.11 - arrival in Stockholm (morning) and way back to Copenhagen (evening)

Please note that when buying a ticket you accept the following terms and conditions:

Considering my participation to the event, organized by ESN, I hereby declare that when buying a ticket I have agreed upon the following:

1. I am legally liable for all of my actions during the trip.

2. ESN does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any damage that a participant of a trip or activity arranged by ESN may cause ESN or any third party (i.e. travel companies, hostels, hotels etc.) or for accidents or injuries occurred during the trips.

3. ESN has the right to seek reparation for any cost that a participant causes ESN.

4. I agree to follow the rules given by ESN and participating partners, and to follow the staff’s instructions regarding safety and order during trips and I understand that in severe cases of misbehavior or damage necessary actions will be taken. In such cases ESN reserves the right to terminate the trip for the involved and if required report them to the police. The participant has to arrange the return trip themselves.

5. The tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless ESN approves it.

6. If I agree upon participation in any of the pre-paid activities made available, I am not entitled to any refund once payment is made. I understand that if I fail to attend any pre-paid activity or miss any pre-booked transportation, no refund or compensation will be covered by ESN.

7. I take full responsibility if I decide to not return on any pre-booked transportation (bus, ferry etc.). I also agree that the tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless ESN approves it.

8. ESN and its sections are not responsible for any visa or other entry documents that I might be required to present in order to visit any of the destinations in trips going to other countries. I also understand that ESN can’t refund me in case I am not entitled entry to any destination.

Remember, you are responsible for your actions.
