Did you miss the last one? Or maybe one dip in the cold water wasn't enough for you? Then join us on Saturday, November 9th, at 11 AM at Badezone Sandkaj in Nordhavn. Located between DTU and the heart of Copenhagen, it’s the ideal spot for this thrilling ESN cross-over event.
Get ready to test your limits with a refreshing plunge into the cold Nordic waters and awaken your inner Viking. Cold water swimming is known for its health benefits—it can improve circulation, boost your immune system, and elevate your mood. Embrace the chill, get your heart pumping, and feel more energized and alive than ever! ❄️💪
❗️But that’s just the beginning – after the swim, we’ll gather again for a cozy breakfast together.
Bring something from home, grab a treat from the renowned Andersen & Maillard bakery, or stop by Lidl to recharge.
Sounds interesting? Then bring your swimsuit and meet us at the port. This event is also a great opportunity to meet other thrill-seekers and make new friends.
